Job summary

SEARHC is seeking a Provider Recruitment Coordinator to support the physician and APP recruitment lifecycle. You will design interview itineraries, coordinate travel and lodging, and orchestrate community tours in collaboration with hiring teams and departmental staff.

You will also manage candidate experiences, track metrics, resolve travel disruptions, and assist with residency program coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office and Workday.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Experience coordinating healthcare recruitment is preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and manage interview itineraries for provider candidates
• Coordinate candidate travel, lodging, and logistics
• Schedule interviews, tours, and communicate final itineraries
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from invite to post-visit follow-up
• Track recruitment metrics and manage travel expenses
• Collaborate with HR and operational teams on resident placement
