Job summary

Christ Community Health Services Augusta seeks a Recruitment Coordinator to lead the day-to-day recruiting efforts, building relationships with students, volunteers, and healthcare professionals across our community. You’ll coordinate interviews, onboarding, and candidate communications while serving as a friendly ambassador for CCH at events.

You’ll partner with HR, Communications, and department leaders to create compelling opportunities and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience working with student, volunteer, professional engagement programs, associations, or chapters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and onboarding.
• Attend regional conferences, career fairs, and recruiting events.
• Collaborate with HR, Communications, and department leaders.
• Maintain accurate records for student and volunteer programs.
• Assist with salary ranges, start dates, and offers.
