Job summary

SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) seeks a Provider Recruitment Coordinator to manage complex interview logistics and comprehensive candidate travel for physicians and APPs. You will coordinate site visits, ensure a seamless onboarding, and act as the primary concierge for candidate experiences.

You'll support the Senior Provider Recruiter and Provider Services Director, track recruitment metrics, and help improve time-to-hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in healthcare recruitment coordination, physician recruitment preferred.
• Experience with travel/logistics management and recruitment lifecycle.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Workday and recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview logistics and travel itineraries for provider candidates.
• Handle lodging, flights, ground transportation and site visit arrangements.
• Manage resident rotations, onboarding and coordination with HR/Credentialing.
• Track recruitment metrics and candidate experience improvements.
• Partner with hiring teams and clinical leaders to schedule interviews and tours.
• Communicate timelines and updates to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Support budget tracking and travel expense monitoring.
