Job summary

SEARHC in Southeast Alaska is seeking a Provider Recruitment Coordinator to serve as the logistically focused partner in the physician and APP recruitment lifecycle. You will manage complex interview travel, lodging, tours, and data tracking to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

The role supports the Senior Provider Recruiter and interacts with residents during rotations, with a focus on efficiency, onboarding quality, and budget adherence in a non-profit health system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of healthcare recruitment coordination experience.
• Experience in physician recruitment preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Workday, and recruitment technologies.
• Ability to manage complex travel itineraries and budgets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage comprehensive interview itineraries for provider candidates in partnership with hiring managers, clinical leaders, and departmental teams.
• Coordinate with SEARHC Staff Travel for all candidate travel (flights, lodging, ground transportation) and logistics.
• Schedule interviews, tours, and send the final itinerary to the candidate and department.
• Monitor recruitment metrics related to interview-to-offer conversion and candidate satisfaction.
• Support residency program coordination including travel/housing/onsite onboarding and licensing processes.
• Assist Senior Provider Recruiter and Provider Services Director with projects.
