Job summary

Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager to expand access by growing our referral network with healthcare providers. This field-based role requires in-person visits from a home base, educating practices on Nabi's weight-inclusive nutrition care model and supporting them through referrals.

You will prospect, conduct drop-ins and lunch-and-learns, and cultivate long-term provider partnerships to ensure a steady stream of patient referrals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with healthcare providers.
• Ability to build and manage provider partnerships.
• Ability to manage a sales/referral pipeline with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers, turning them into referral partners.
• Conduct in-person visits and educational sessions to explain Nabi's model.
• Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to drive referrals.
• Demonstrate Nabi’s value and streamline the referral process.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience for providers and patients.
• Manage territory from a home base and perform regular in-person visits and local events.
