Job summary

Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager to expand access to care by growing our provider referral network. This field-based role combines a home base with regular in-person visits to healthcare practices across the Philadelphia area.

You will build trust, educate providers about Nabi’s services, and support them through the referral process to ensure patients receive timely nutrition care.

Qualifications

• Must operate independently in a field-based startup environment.
• Strong communication and credibility with healthcare providers.
• Ability to manage a referral pipeline with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers to form long-term referral partnerships.
• Conduct in-person visits and outreach events to explain Nabi's model.
• Grow and nurture existing provider relationships for steady referrals.
• Demonstrate Nabi's value and streamline the referral process.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams for smooth experiences.
• Manage territory from home base with regular provider visits and local events.
