Job summary

Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager to expand our referral network with healthcare providers in the Atlanta area. This field-based, home-base role focuses on in-person visits to practices to educate on Nabi's weight-inclusive nutrition care and support the referral process.

You’ll prospect new providers, nurture existing partnerships, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience for patients and practices. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role.

Qualifications

• Field-based role requiring autonomy and startup mindset.
• Ability to prospect and convert providers into referral partners.
• Strong communication and credibility with healthcare providers.
• Organized, self-directed with ability to manage a pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers to form referral partnerships.
• Conduct in-person visits, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits to educate providers.
• Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to sustain referrals.
• Demonstrate Nabi's model and streamline the referral process for partners.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth cycles for patients and providers.
• Manage territory from a home base with regular in-person provider visits and local events.
