Job summary

Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager to expand access by growing our referral network. This field-based role requires regular in-person visits to healthcare practices to educate providers on Nabi's services and support the referral process.

You will build and sustain relationships with clinicians, conduct drop-ins and lunch-and-learn sessions, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• Independent field-based work in a startup environment.
• Strong communicator who can build trust with healthcare providers.
• Relationship-driven with a consultative outreach approach.
• Organized and capable of pipeline management with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers, turning them into referral partners.
• Conduct in-person visits and educational sessions at practices.
• Grow and nurture relationships to drive a steady stream of patient referrals.
• Demonstrate Nabi's value and streamline the referral process for providers.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth experiences.
• Manage territory from a home base with regular provider visits and local events.
