Job summary

Nabi Health in the NYC metro area is seeking a Territory Manager to expand our provider network. This field-based role operates from a home base in New Jersey and involves regular in-person visits to healthcare practices to educate them on Nabi's weight-inclusive nutrition care and referral process.

You will build trust with providers, manage a pipeline, attend local events, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient referral experience.

Qualifications

• Field-based, startup environment requires autonomy and initiative.
• Ability to build trust with healthcare providers and educate them about Nabi's services.
• Strong pipeline management and follow-through without heavy oversight.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers, turning them into referral partners.
• Conduct in-person visits and education sessions with practices.
• Grow relationships with existing providers to drive referrals.
• Demonstrate Nabi’s model and streamline the referral process.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience.
• Manage territory from home base with regular provider visits and local events.
