Nabi Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Territory Manager to expand our provider network and grow patient referrals. This field-based role operates from a home base and involves regular in-person visits to healthcare practices.

You will educate providers about Nabi's weight-inclusive care model, nurture relationships, and coordinate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth referral experience.

Formación

• Independent field-based work in a startup environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with healthcare providers.
• Trusted relationship-building and consultative outreach.
• Ability to manage a sales/referral pipeline with limited oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and identify new provider partners in the territory.
• Conduct in-person visits, lunch-and-learns, and practice demonstrations.
• Grow existing provider referrals to maintain a steady flow of patients.
• Demonstrate Nabi Health’s care model and streamline referral steps.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient/provider experience.
• Manage the territory from a home base with regular travel and field events.
