Job summary

Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager for the Hartford-New Haven, CT area. This field-based role focuses on expanding Nabi's referral network by meeting healthcare providers in person, educating them about Nabi's weight-inclusive nutrition care, and simplifying the referral process.

You will operate from a home base, travel within the territory, and engage practices through visits and events. Ideal candidates are self-directed, excellent communicators, and adept at building long-term

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a field-based startup environment and travel within the territory.
• Strong communication skills with healthcare providers and ability to build trust.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and follow through with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new providers to become referral partners.
• Conduct in-person visits and educational sessions with practices.
• Grow existing provider relationships to drive referrals.
• Demonstrate Nabi's care model and simplify the referral process.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth provider/patient experience.
• Manage territory from a home base and perform regular in-person visits and local events.
