Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate (Territory Sales) in Houston, TX to drive provider referrals. This field-based role centers on relationship-building with primary care physicians, specialists, medical staff, and healthcare administrators to grow referral volume and access to nutrition care.

Reporting to a regional manager, you’ll manage a territory with goals, track activity in Salesforce, and balance new business development with long-term account growth in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Healthcare, hospitality, recruiting, athletics or other high-performance environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with healthcare providers and clinic staff within an approximately 1-hour driving radius
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through strong relationship management and strategic territory planning
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce
• Partner closely with leadership to scale the organization
