Job summary

Nourish, based in Atlanta, GA, is hiring a Provider Partnerships Manager to drive provider referrals in a defined territory. This is a full-time field role requiring extensive in-person engagement with physicians, specialists, and clinic staff to grow Nourish’s network and patient access to nutrition care.

You will spend most of your time in the field, building trust, expanding accounts, and delivering on referral targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales or customer-facing experience in high-performance environments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High coachability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field role.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory in the local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field with providers within a 1-hour radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, staff, and admins.
• Prospect new offices to create referral partnerships.
• Grow referral volume through strong relationship management.
• Educate providers on Nourish and nutrition care impact.
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and targets.
• Manage territory like a business; balance new biz and account growth.
• Track activity, pipeline, and performance in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to scale the organization.
