Job summary

Nourish is a fast-growing, provider-focused health platform seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate. You will spend most weeks in the field building relationships with primary care physicians, specialists, and office staff to grow patient referrals and drive insurance-covered nutrition care.

Ideal candidates are early in their sales careers, motivated by goals, and comfortable with ongoing, long-term account growth in a high-growth healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales or healthcare or high-performance roles.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Coachable, curious, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to spend most weeks in the field.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory in the local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting providers and staff within a 1-hour radius.
• Build trust with physicians, specialists, and administrators to increase referrals.
• Prospect new offices and create referral partnerships from scratch.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through relationships and planning.
• Track activity and performance in Salesforce; manage pipeline.
• Collaborate with leadership to scale Nourish and share learnings.
