Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate in Los Angeles to grow a provider referral territory through in-person engagement with physicians, clinic staff, and leaders. This field-based role focuses on relationship-building, strategic territory growth, and driving insurance-covered nutrition referrals.

You will spend most of your time in the field, traveling within a ~1-hour radius, building trust and partnerships, and pursuing monthly referral goals while balancing new business with

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Healthcare or high-performance environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend most of the week in the field meeting with providers and clinic staff within ~1-hour driving radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through relationship management and follow-up.
• Become a trusted resource and educate providers on Nourish and the impact of nutrition care on outcomes.
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and performance targets.
• Manage territory like a business, balancing new business with long-term growth.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to share learnings and scale the organization.
