Job summary

Nourish is a leading AI-native digital health provider expanding access to nutrition care across all states. We seek a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a provider referral territory by building strong partnerships with healthcare teams in Suffolk County, NY.

This field-based role focuses on in-person engagement to drive referrals and insurance-covered nutrition care. You’ll spend most weeks in the field with physicians, staff, and administrators, owning your territory and hitting monthly

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience in healthcare or high-performance environments.
• Proven track record of meeting goals and outperforming expectations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to spend most of the week in the field.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with healthcare providers and clinic staff within an approximately 1-hour driving radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through relationship management and strategic planning.
• Educate providers on Nourish and the impact of nutrition care on patient outcomes.
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and performance targets.
• Manage territory like a business, balancing new business with long-term growth.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to share learnings and improve processes.
