Job summary

Nourish is a fast-growing health-tech company focused on nutrition care access. We are seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to drive provider referrals across a defined territory, primarily in field environments.

In this role you will meet with primary care physicians and clinic staff, educate on Nourish offerings, and build strategic referral partnerships while hitting monthly referral targets and managing a territory like a small business.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles in healthcare or high-performance environments.
• Proven ability to hit goals and grow accounts over time.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High coachability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with healthcare providers and clinic staff within a 1-hour driving radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through strong relationship management and follow-up.
