Job summary

Nourish, Inc. is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate (Territory Sales) based in New York. You will cultivate and expand a provider referral network by engaging with primary care physicians, specialists, and clinic teams, driving patient referrals to Nourish through strategic territory growth.

You’ll be in the field most of the week, building trust, educating providers about Nourish, and hitting monthly referral goals while collaborating with leadership to scale the organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with field-based, travel-heavy work.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend most of the week in the field meeting with healthcare providers.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, and office managers.
• Prospect new offices and create referral partnerships from scratch.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through proactive management.
