Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a provider referral territory in the Sarasota area. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with primary care physicians, specialists, and clinic staff to drive insurance-covered nutrition referrals.

You will spend most of the week in the field, meeting providers, managing accounts, and pursuing new partnerships while hitting monthly referral targets. This role offers growth in a fast-paced healthtech environment.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles in high-performance environments.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals and targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High coachability and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with providers and clinic staff within a 1-hour radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through relationship management and follow-up.
• Educate providers on Nourish and the impact of nutrition care on patient outcomes.
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and performance targets.
• Manage territory like a small business, balancing new business with long-term growth.
• Track activity, pipeline, and performance in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to share learnings and improve processes.
