Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to expand our referral network by engaging healthcare providers and clinics in person. This field-based role centers on relationship-building, new business development, and long-term account growth to drive insurance-covered nutrition care referrals.

You will spend substantial time in the field, meeting with primary care physicians, specialists, medical assistants, and office staff, with a focus on growing referral volume and achieving monthly

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles in healthcare, hospitality, recruiting, or similar high-performance environments.
• Track record of hitting goals, competing, or outperforming expectations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Coachable, curious, and hungry to learn; comfortable in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend most of the week in the field with healthcare providers and clinic staff.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, and office managers.
• Prospect new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through strategic territory planning and follow-up.
• Track activity, pipeline, and performance in Salesforce and related tools.
