Nourish in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow provider referrals by building strong relationships in the local market. You will spend most weeks in the field with physicians, medical staff, and administrators, driving growth and ensuring referrals align with Nourish’s mission.

You’ll report to a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager and join a high-performance team focused on expanding insurance-covered nutrition care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to spend most of your week in the field.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with providers and clinic staff.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, staff, and administrators.
• Prospect into new offices and establish referral partnerships.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through relationship management.
• Educate providers on Nourish and impact of nutrition care.
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and targets.
• Manage territory like a business, balancing new business with growth.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
• Partner with leadership to scale the organization.
