Job summary

Arkansas Children’s Hospital is seeking a Provider Onboarding and Lifecycle Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new providers across multiple campuses. You will coordinate with Human Resources, Medical Staff Services, IT, and finance to ensure readiness and timely start dates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required with relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating across HR, IT, and operations preferred.
• Strong onboarding program and policy development experience required.

Responsibilities

• Owns provider onboarding and lifecycle management from accepted offer to practice integration.
• Leads cross-functional coordination across HR, Medical Staff Services, IT, Revenue Cycle, Finance, Legal, and operations.
• Establishes onboarding standards, workflows, service levels, and documentation to ensure consistency.
• Oversees provider employment, locum tenens, and 1099 contracts to ensure compliance.
• Manages provider operational readiness including system setup, scheduling, billing config, and access control.
• Drives implementing new onboarding processes and organizational change management.
• Oversees incentive administration, contract payments, and lifecycle support activities.
• Develops metrics and dashboards to monitor onboarding performance and trends.
• Leads process improvements to reduce onboarding timelines and improve provider satisfaction.
• Identifies risks and suggests strategic improvements in onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Serves as subject matter expert for provider onboarding across the organization.
