Job summary

Arkansas Children's is seeking a detail‑oriented administrator to coordinate provider onboarding and contracting across multiple systems. The role will liaise with providers and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Responsibilities include setup in Workday, Epic, QGenda, and billing, plus managing contracts, access, and payments for locum and 1099 arrangements. Hybrid work options in Arkansas are possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ years related experience or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related experience.
• Experience coordinating provider onboarding, contracting, and lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider onboarding from accepted offer through integration.
• Manage setup and readiness within Workday, Epic, QGenda, billing areas, and configurations.
• Support provider employment agreements including contract tracking and documentation.
• Review provider access, billing, scheduling, and system configuration requests for operational readiness.
• Assist with provider payments related to locum tenens, contracts, and supplemental compensation.
• Maintain accurate onboarding and lifecycle documentation, records, and tracking tools.
• Assist with provider offboarding and transition processes.
• Develop onboarding, contracting, and lifecycle reports and identify process improvements.
• Escalate complex onboarding or contracting issues to leadership and assist in resolution.
• Respond to provider inquiries and facilitate lifecycle activities per policies.
