Arkansas Children’s Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to manage provider onboarding and contracting. The role supports integration of new providers into practice, ensuring readiness across systems and documentation.

You will work with Workday, Epic, QGenda, and billing tools, coordinating employment agreements and lifecycle activities while partnering with leadership and stakeholders to optimize processes.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating provider onboarding and contracting is a plus.
• Experience with Workday, Epic, QGenda, or related systems is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate provider onboarding from accepted offer through integration.
• Manage provider setup and system readiness in Workday, Epic, QGenda, billing areas and configurations.
• Support provider employment agreements (locum tenens, 1099) including documentation and requirements.
• Maintain onboarding and lifecycle records and assist with reporting.
