Job summary

Duly Health and Care seeks a Program Manager for Provider Ramp & Growth to design, launch, and continuously improve a holistic program that accelerates new provider productivity and smooths offboarding processes. You will coordinate across credentialing, scheduling, onboarding, IT, and operations to ensure scalable, repeatable workflows.

You will drive performance analytics, partner with Recruiting, HR, and Finance, and build relationships to minimize ramp barriers while maintaining patient care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field.
• 5+ years’ previous experience in project management with multiple departments and stakeholders (healthcare projects preferred).
• 1+ years Healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and continuously improve the Provider Ramp & Growth program.
• Ensure ramp aligns with credentialing, scheduling, onboarding, IT, and operations.
• Develop repeatable ramp playbooks and automated workflows.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance scorecards and executive-level updates.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, HR, Credentialing, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Operations to align goals.
