Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner - Providers to lead onboarding, integration, and development for physicians and advanced practice providers. You will guide them from day one through ramp to full productivity and shareholder eligibility, while partnering with physician leadership and HR.

The role requires strong executive presence, HR acumen, and the ability to build durable relationships with providers and executives in a physician-led system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business, or a related field.
• 10-12 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant experience collaborating directly with physicians or other clinical staff in a healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated experience designing or managing onboarding, talent development, or employee lifecycle programs.
• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment; consulting and/or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
• Prior people-leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ramp for physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Design and manage structured onboarding and ramp-up experiences.
• Monitor progress against productivity milestones and remove barriers.
• Owns the shareholder pathway process and communications.
• Build trusted relationships with physicians and leadership.
