Job summary

Arkansas Children's is seeking a Provider Onboarding Coordinator to oversee the onboarding and contracting lifecycle for new providers across multiple platforms. This role emphasizes cross-functional liaison among providers, administration teams, and billing stakeholders, ensuring accurate setup and timely deployment on Workday and related systems.

The ideal candidate will have a High school diploma or GED with relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with related work experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related experience or HS/GED with 6+ years related experience.
Experience coordinating provider onboarding, contracting, and lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate provider onboarding from accepted offer to integration.
Set up and configure providers in Workday, Epic, QGenda, and billing areas.
Support provider employment agreements, including tracking and documentation.
Maintain provider onboarding, contracting, and lifecycle records and tools.
Escalate complex onboarding or contract issues to leadership and assist in resolution.
Respond to provider inquiries and facilitate lifecycle activities per policy.
