Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field.
• 5+ years’ previous experience in project management working with multiple departments and stakeholders (healthcare projects preferred).
• 1+ years Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and continuously improve a holistic provider ramp program across functions.
• Define a standardized ramp playbook for new providers to enable consistent cross-functional execution.
• Develop automated workflows to notify stakeholders of tasks and next steps.
• Integrate acquired practices into onboarding while preserving patient populations.
• Develop an offboarding program to retain patients when doctors depart.
• Create performance scorecards and report progress to senior leadership.
