Job summary

Baptist Health System, Inc. is seeking a Provider Onboarding Coordinator to oversee day-to-day onboarding, off-boarding and moves for BHMG.

You will collaborate with physicians, practice managers, hospital leadership and support teams to ensure timely, accurate completion of onboarding checklists from contract signature to 30 days post start. The role requires strong communication across diverse audiences, process improvement, and ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and projects,

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with BHMG leadership and onboarding physician or practice to ensure operational best practices and service excellence standards are developed and maintained.
• Develops strategic short-range and long-range processes to support organization’s and practice’s goals, while enhancing the BHMG physician onboarding process
• Coordinates with BHMG leadership, new practice staff and providers, and all members of the Onboarding Team to ensure operational problems are resolved during the onboarding process and service excellence standards are developed.
• Leads the BHMG Onboarding team weekly calls.
• Serves as a member of the BHMG Physician Integration team in collecting, analyzing, preparing, and maintaining reports
• Leads the BHMG Onboarding team in completing the checklist of a provider or practice onboard/off board/move.
• Identifies problem areas with onboarding/off boarding/moves that impede BHMG progress; recommends interventions and/or corrective actions as needed
• Implements protocols to ensure standardization and compliance of the integration process.
