Job summary

Handspring is hiring a Clinical Operations Associate - Provider Onboarding to own and optimize the provider onboarding experience. You will be the first point of contact for new providers, guiding them through systems, workflows, and documentation to enable high-quality care from day one.

You will lead onboarding processes, identify bottlenecks, and partner with Clinical Operations, Clinical Services, and Product to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in clinical operations
• End-to-end process ownership with scale
• Strong communicator with ability to pitch ideas
• Systems thinker who can design scalable solutions
• Experience onboarding providers or in early-stage digital health
• Based in the United States with US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Own the provider onboarding experience from day 1 through first weeks seeing patients
• Serve as primary onboarding contact, resolve questions and blockers
• Lead orientation and training on clinical systems and workflows (EHR, scheduling, provider portal)
• Coordinate onboarding logistics with cross-functional teams
• Track progress and flag blockers; oversee Credentialing Specialist
• Own and improve the onboarding process as the organization scales
• Develop new workflows, automation, self-serve resources, or cohort-based training
• Create and maintain training materials and process documentation
• Provide cross-functional clinical operations support and escalate issues as needed
