Job summary

Handspring Health, Inc. is hiring a Clinical Operations Associate - Provider Onboarding to own the provider onboarding experience and drive scalable processes for a growing virtual mental health clinic serving children, teens, and young adults.

You will welcome new providers, train them on Handspring’s systems, coordinate credentials, and work with Clinical Operations, Clinical Services, and Product to implement improvements that enhance the provider and patient experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in clinical operations, preferably at an early‑stage digital health company.
• Experience owning end‑to‑end processes and driving improvements.
• Strong communication and ability to train others on systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the provider onboarding experience from first day onward.
• Lead orientation and training on clinical systems and workflows.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and ensure timely credentialing.
• Define and track onboarding metrics to guide decisions.
