OpenLoop is seeking a remote Provider Experience Specialist to guide providers through onboarding, ensuring readiness for clinical shifts and ongoing engagement. You will coordinate sessions, confirm access and credentialing, and partner with Recruitment, Medical Operations and IT to resolve issues quickly.

• 2–4 years in provider relations, onboarding, customer success, or related field (healthcare preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Highly organized and proactive, able to manage multiple provider relationships.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact for providers during onboarding and early weeks.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics including sessions and rescheduling.
• Ensure providers have system access, credentialing, and clinical readiness for shifts.
• Conduct weekly check-ins over the first 4–6 weeks to support engagement and address questions.
