Job summary

Handspring is a virtual mental health clinic for children, teens, and young adults, dedicated to rebuilding the mental healthcare system so access is universal. This role owns provider onboarding end-to-end, ensuring new providers deliver care from day one.

You will lead training on EHR, scheduling, and the provider portal while collaborating across teams to improve and scale onboarding processes for faster, smoother provider activation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years clinical operations experience, ideally at early-stage digital health.
• Strong communication, organization, and process ownership.
• Comfortable with EHRs, CRMs, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace.
