Handspring is hiring a Clinical Operations Associate - Provider Onboarding to own and optimize the provider onboarding experience. You will be the first point of contact for new providers, guiding them through systems, workflows, and documentation to enable high-quality care from day one.
You will lead onboarding processes, identify bottlenecks, and partner with Clinical Operations, Clinical Services, and Product to implement improvements.
Imagine a world where every young person and their family can access high-quality mental healthcare. Where getting the support they need is the norm, not the exception.
Today, 1 in 5 children in the U.S. has a diagnosable mental health disorder, yet about half who need care never receive it.
At Handspring, we're working to make that a reality. As a virtual mental health clinic for children, teens, and young adults, we've set out to rebuild this system from the ground up.
We're building a diverse, mission-driven team dedicated to making quality mental healthcare accessible to all young people and their families. If you share our mission, we'd love to hear from you.
We're hiring a Clinical Operations Associate - Provider Onboarding.
This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage, mission-driven organization dedicated to transforming behavioral healthcare for young people. You will be an integral part of the Clinical Operations team and work closely with our Clinical Services, Product, and other teams across Handspring.
In this role, you'll own the provider onboarding experience. You'll be the first point of contact for newly hired providers, welcoming them to Handspring, orienting them to our systems and workflows, and making sure they're set up to deliver high-quality care to families from day one.
Handspring is growing quickly, and we're building a provider onboarding process that can keep pace. You'll be the owner of that process: identifying where it can be better, pitching solutions, and partnering with teammates across Clinical Operations and the broader organization to make those improvements happen. While onboarding will be your primary focus, our Clinical Operations team works collaboratively, and you'll also contribute to team-wide projects.
We're looking for a proactive, organized operator who loves building processes and helping people succeed. The right candidate is tech-savvy, a clear communicator and confident trainer, and comfortable writing process documentation and training materials. You're excited about our mission and energized by the challenge of building something that scales.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
We kindly ask that you don’t reach out to team members. We'll reach out to candidates as we move through the review process.
