Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a ProServe Account Executive to drive new and existing customer engagements in Retail and CPG, translating IT strategy and hybrid cloud initiatives into measurable business outcomes.

You will create proposals, secure sign-off on Statements of Work, collaborate with ProServe Cloud Architects and Delivery teams, and monitor programs to maximize revenue and customer success across large enterprise accounts in the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience.
• Experience negotiating with C-level executives for sizeable deals.
• Experience creating proposals and securing SOW signoffs.
• Experience working with CRM systems and driving sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Leading business development by engaging customers and driving high-value engagements.
• Collaborating with sales to coordinate key accounts.
• Creating proposals, securing SOW sign-off, and ensuring project delivery.
• Monitoring projects to maximize revenue and deliver customer outcomes (CBO).
• Advocating for customers while balancing AWS business objectives.
