Job summary

You will create compelling proposals, partner with ProServe Cloud Architects and Delivery teams, negotiate with executive stakeholders, and drive successful project delivery while tracking revenue and CSAT metrics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B or enterprise sales
• Experience negotiating with C-level executives on sizeable deals
• Experience in technology-related business development or sales strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and high-value engagements with customers
• Collaborate with AGS for a coordinated approach to key accounts
• Create proposals and secure sign-off on Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Ensure delivery of customer-enabled business outcomes (CBOs)
• Monitor projects to maximize revenue and CSAT
