Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate adoption efforts using the Prosci methodology.
• Develop and execute adoption strategies, plans, and deliverables.
• Identify stakeholders and conduct impact/readiness assessments.
• Create stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, and resistance plans.
• Maintain Prosci deliverables, including analyses, plans, and metrics.
• Establish adoption measures for utilization, proficiency and outcomes.
• Serve as the liaison for stakeholders and project teams.
• Coordinate communications, training, and coaching activities.
• Update platforms, SharePoint sites, FAQs, and knowledge bases.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions.
• Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.
• Support cutover, transition, and post-implementation activities.
