Job summary

RaceTrac seeks a Change Manager to lead the people side of enterprise initiatives, applying Prosci methodology and the ADKAR model to improve employee adoption of new processes, tech, and ways of working.

You will partner with project teams, leaders, communications, and learning to prepare, equip, and support employees through change, ensuring sustained adoption and measurable outcomes across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting organizational change or related disciplines.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured change management plans using Prosci and ADKAR.
• Perform stakeholder analyses and readiness assessments.
• Coach leaders and align change activities with project milestones.
• Monitor adoption and sustainment outcomes.
