Job summary

Acosta Services, Inc is seeking a Senior Manager, Change Enablement to lead holistic change efforts for large-scale initiatives. You will design strategies to drive adoption, readiness, and sustained behavior change across people, processes, and technology transformations.

Work with Transformation leaders, program teams, and business leaders to assess impacts, manage resistance, and ensure timely delivery. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in change enablement, organizational change, or transformation roles.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large scale, enterprise level initiatives.
• Experience working closely with senior leaders and cross functional program teams.
• Experience applying structured change methodologies in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Enablement Strategy and Execution: design and execute comprehensive change enablement strategies aligned to program objectives and enterprise priorities.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Advisory Support: partner with senior leaders to build alignment, sponsorship, and accountability; identify resistance and readiness gaps.
• Change Readiness and Impact Management: conduct stakeholder readiness and impact assessments; develop tailored interventions.
• Communications and Enablement Alignment: align with Communications and Training to ensure consistent experiences; guide change communications and enablement materials.
• Measurement and Continuous Improvement: define and track change effectiveness metrics; monitor progress and adjust strategies.
