Job summary

RaceTrac seeks a Change Manager to lead the people side of enterprise initiatives using Prosci and the ADKAR model. You will develop and execute change plans, assess readiness, and support stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption and sustained value across initiatives.

The role partners with project teams, communications, and learning functions to align people-focused efforts with business outcomes and project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting organizational change, employee experience, learning, communications, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting business transformation, technology implementations, or process improvements.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply structured change management methodologies to projects.
• Develop and execute change plans and manage stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with sponsors, communications, and training teams.
• Coach leaders and support adoption and readiness.
• Monitor adoption and sustainment post-implementation.
