Job summary

Synergy Business Consulting, Inc. seeks a Change Manager to lead organizational adoption across initiatives, starting with a Databricks rollout. This is a hands-on role applying Prosci/Kotter methodologies to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The candidate will develop adoption strategies, conduct stakeholder readiness assessments, and create engagement, sponsorship and resistance plans, as well as Prosci deliverables and training programs to enable sustained change.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating workshops, focus groups, change champion networks and feedback sessions.
• Managing and maintaining project communications and engagement materials.
• Updating platforms, SharePoint sites, FAQs and knowledge repositories.
• Supporting communications, training, coaching, stakeholder engagement and readiness activities.
• Tracking risks, issues, dependencies and overall progress.
• Supporting post-implementation adoption activities to ensure sustained outcomes.

Change Manager who can serve as the primary point of contact for organizational adoption and transformation activities across initiatives, beginning with our Databricks rollout. This is a true organizational change role requiring hands-on experience applying the Prosci/Kotter methodology and developing its associated deliverables—not simply a communications-focused resource. As our platform and service offerings continue to expand, this individual will support multiple phased rollouts and adoption waves over time.

We're looking for someone who can lead:

• Developing and executing adoption strategies, plans, and deliverables.
• Conducting stakeholder identification, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
• Developing stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, and resistance management plans.
• Creating and maintaining Prosci deliverables, including impact analyses, stakeholder assessments, communication plans, training plans, coaching plans, sponsor roadmaps, readiness assessments, and adoption metrics.
• Establishing and tracking adoption, utilization, proficiency, and business outcome measures.
• Serving as the central liaison for stakeholders, business teams, and project teams.
• Managing and maintaining project communications and engagement materials.
• Updating and maintaining platforms, SharePoint sites, FAQs, knowledge repositories, and other adoption resources.
• Supporting communications, training, coaching, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness activities.

• Participating in team meetings and representing the adoption and engagement workstream.
• Tracking and reporting on activities, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall progress.
