Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Change Manager to lead the people side of change for enterprise initiatives, applying structured change management to improve adoption of new processes, technologies, systems, and ways of working. You will partner with project teams, business leaders, sponsors, communications and learning teams to prepare, equip, and support employees through change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or related field

Responsibilities

• Apply Structured Change Management Methodology. Develop and execute change management strategies and plans. Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and risk assessments.
• Identify adoption barriers, resistance risks, and areas requiring additional support.
• Develop and execute change plans. Coordinate activities across project and business teams. Support communications and training for change adoption.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders supporting impacted teams.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate change management into implementation plans. Communicate risks and readiness concerns to stakeholders.
• Measure adoption and sustainment. Track readiness indicators and evolving needs.
