Herc Rentals is seeking a ProSales Associate in the Fremont area to embark on the Black and Gold Academy, a structured sales development program.

You will rotate through field, operations, and customer-facing experiences, preparing for a Territory Sales Representative role upon successful completion." Responsibilities

• Participate in Herc Rentals’ Black and Gold Academy for sales development.
• Receive training in selling skills, account management, territory planning, and customer engagement.
• Learn Herc Rentals’ product and service portfolio across equipment and solutions.
• Shadow Territory Sales Representatives and visit customer job sites.
• Assist with customer outreach, lead generation, and revenue growth within territories.
• Learn branch operations, logistics, and customer service functions.
• Prepare for a Territory Sales Representative role after program completion.
• Gain leadership exposure and opportunities for advancement.
