Aigentless is seeking a Client Success Manager with a focus on the multifamily property management sector. You will serve as the trusted partner to clients, drive platform adoption, and help maximize value across communities and portfolios.

In this hybrid role based in Chicago or New York, you will conduct QBRs, monitor performance, and collaborate with Sales and Leadership to enable expansions while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in proptech client success or related roles.
• Experience managing client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze customer performance data to drive decisions.
• Familiarity with property management systems and CRM tools.

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients post-implementation.
• Develop relationships with property management leaders and executives.
