Job summary

Synchrony in Chicago seeks a Client Services Manager to partner with the Relationship Manager and Industry VP to drive organic sales growth within the Partnered Home Brands portfolio.

You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to deepen relationships with Retailers, Associations, and OEM partners, lead account planning, and support delivery of promotional strategies while ensuring timely client service and cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years related work experience.
• 2+ years client-facing experience in Sales, Credit, Operations or Marketing.
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills and reporting capabilities.
• Up to 50% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Drive revolving credit volume with VP/Relationship Manager and partner.
• Define monthly/annual sales goals and promote finance strategies.
• Execute account planning and management.
• Share best practices and drive client effectiveness.
• Present performance reviews to the client and lead strategy sessions.
• Attend trade shows and client meetings; translate feedback into insights.
