Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions seeks a results-driven Client Success Manager to own and grow a large multifamily client portfolio. You’ll be the trusted advisor, coordinating field teams and internal partners to deliver best-in-class service, resolve issues quickly, and maximize account value.

You’ll lead onboarding, monitor satisfaction, and pursue expansion opportunities, including upsell of additional services, while maintaining strong relationships with onsite and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B account management, client success or service delivery.
• Ability to build trust with onsite and executive decision-makers.
• Strong time management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and account lead for assigned clients; manage a large portfolio.
• Own client retention by identifying risks and preventing churn.
• Lead service delivery, escalate issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems.
• Grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling of additional services.
• Lead onboarding and adoption with property walks and subcontractor deployment.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and continuous improvement with clients.
