Job summary

Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate (part of Clark Construction Group) in McLean, Virginia, is seeking a creative, organized Coordinator for the marketing and proposal team to develop strategic content for pursuits and collateral.

You will edit, update standard materials, assist in proposal production, create marketing collateral for print and digital use, manage CRM, and support client presentations and website/social content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/English.
• 2-7 years of marketing/proposal experience; experience at an architecture, engineering or construction (AEC) firm a plus.
• Demonstrated writing and editing skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Detail-orientation and conscientiousness.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate with senior management, supervisors, peers, and clients.
• Strong computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign required; Photoshop, Premier Pro, and Canva a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing well-written, visually compelling proposals for pursuits nationwide.
• Update standard material for resumes, project sheets, experience matrices, etc.
• Edit written content from technical team members for grammar and consistency.
• Assist in proposal production (copying, collating, binding).
• Prepare presentations for client interviews.
• Develop marketing collateral for print and digital use.
• Create and maintain website and social media content.
• Maintain CRM database and manage mailings.
• Respond to ad hoc marketing requests (events, photo shoots, swag, reporting).
