Job summary

Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate, part of Clark Construction Group, is seeking a Coordinator for the marketing and proposal team in McLean, Virginia. You will assist in creating strategic content for pursuits and marketing collateral, manage standard materials, and help with presentations for client interviews.

The role emphasizes strong writing, editing, layout sensibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong writing, analytical, and communications skills.
• 2–7 years of marketing/proposal experience; experience in AEC firms a plus.
• Demonstrated writing and editing skills.
• Strong planning/organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and conscientious.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint; design/creative software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help develop well-written, visually compelling proposals for pursuits nationwide.
• Update standard marketing materials (resumes, project sheets, experience matrices).
• Edit content for grammar and consistency.
• Assist in proposal production (copying, collating, binding).
• Prepare client interview presentations.
• Develop marketing collateral for print and digital use.
• Create and maintain content for website and social media.
• Maintain CRM and execute mailings.
• Support ad hoc marketing requests (events, photo shoots, swag, reports).
