Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing/communications.
• Minimum 2 years of AEC industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM systems knowledge; word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, and review government proposals and presentations.
• Enter RFPs into CRM and manage pursuit processes from kickoff to closeout.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop proposal content and ensure high quality submissions.
• Support marketing data entry, materials, and reports for regional opportunities.
• Assist with presentations and verify materials for accuracy and compliance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field or equivalent years of experience
