Job summary

Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate, part of Clark Construction Group, seeks a Coordinator for its McLean marketing and proposals team. You will craft proposals, edit content, and produce client-ready materials across print and digital formats.

You will manage standard materials, support presentations, maintain the CRM, and contribute to branding and social media efforts. A marketing/communications background and 2–7 years in the field are ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong writing/communications.
• 2–7 years marketing/proposal experience; AEC background a plus.
• Demonstrated writing and editing skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and conscientious.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate with senior management, supervisors, peers and clients.
• Strong computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign; Photoshop/Canva a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing well-written, visually compelling proposals for pursuits nationwide.
• Maintain and update standard marketing materials (resumes, project sheets, experience matrices).
• Edit content for grammar and consistency across materials.
• Assist with proposal production (copying, collating, binding).
• Prepare client presentation materials and updates.
• Develop marketing collateral for print and digital use.
• Create and maintain website and social media content.
• Maintain CRM database and execute mailings.
• Support ad hoc marketing requests (events, photo shoots, swag, reports).
